• Assumption of Risk: The use of this skincare tool is entirely at your own risk. Koveskin shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or sustained damages, injuries, or adverse skin reactions—including but not limited to frostbite, irritation, redness, or bruising—resulting from the improper use, overuse, or application of extreme temperatures to the skin.

• Proper Usage: It is the user's responsibility to follow standard skincare guidelines. Do not apply the frozen roller to a single area of the skin for an extended period. If you have sensitive skin, pre-existing skin conditions, or are unsure about cryo-skincare treatments, please consult a qualified dermatologist before use.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable South African consumer law, Koveskin’s total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item.
